STAR Events Advisory Team (SEAT): - Three State Adviser Members serving as the Lead Coordinator, Assistant Lead
Coordinator, and Past Lead Coordinator. State Advisers who nominate themselves for the advisory team must be willing to serve in the coordinator capacity and commit for a three-year term.
- Two Chapter Adviser Members serving a two year term each. The two positions are selected during alternating years.
- Two Student Members serving a two year term each. The two positions are selected during alternating years.
- Two National Vice Presidents of STAR Events - The National Vice President of STAR Events will serve on the advisory team during their year of office and the following year.
- One National FCCLA Board of Directors Member - The Program Committee Chair person will serve as the Board of Directors representative for a one year term.
The STAR Events Advisory Team (SEAT) was formed in 1992 to serve as a support system for STAR Events. The advisory team is composed of ten members including: Persons interested in serving on the STAR Events Advisory Team should complete the SEAT Nomination Form and return via fax, email, or U.S. mail postmarked by May 31, 2010. 2009-2010 STAR Events Advisory Team: - Lead Coordinator: Paulette Farago (OH)
